Beef & Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
2.5 pounds Ground Beef2.5 pounds Ground Turkey1 large yellow onion - fine dice1 large purple onion - fine dice1 large carrot, finely grated 2 tsp salt1 tsp pepper2 cups seasoned bread crumbs2 tbsp worcestershire sauce2 cups ketchup
Directions
Mixed all ingredients (except the ketchup) in a very large bowl - but do not over mix. Place mixture in a large glass baking dish and free form into a loaf shape. Top with ketchup. Bake at 350 for 2 hours until internal temp reaches 160 degrees. Remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes before serving.
