Ingredients
Directions
1- 7oz container Plain Fage 2% Greek Yogurt -slightly less than a cup(You can also use 0% nonfat Greek Yogurt brand of your choice, but the this is calculated with 2% Fage.)1/2 cup of prepared Sugar Free Jello (Your flavor of choice. I used Black Cherry, but will be experimenting with other flavors as well.)1oz chopped walnuts (Maybe try almonds or pecans, too?)2 tsp vanilla extract3 packets Splenda or Stevia/Truvia (more or less packets according to personal taste-- SF Jello may enough sweetness for you and you may want to omit extra sweetener altogether.)
Simply mix all ingredients together and eat. YUM!
I prefer to mix it all together, but it would make a healthy parfait too, if you alternate Jello with Greek Yogurt and walnut mixture. Its entirely up to you!
