Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients
8oz chicken breast, ground1 egg4 saltinesspices to taste (garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, bell pepper powder, salt & pepper)1 can Italian style diced tomatoes
Directions
Mixed ground chicken breast, egg, saltines and spices together. Form into small balls. Pan fry until cooked through. Set aside. Take canned tomatoes and run though food processor (for less chunky sauce, skip if you like chunky sauce). Heat tomatoes in sauce pan and drop meatballs in, warm thoroughly. Can add more spices to tomato sauce if desired.

Serving Size: makes 16 meatballs, usually eat 2-3 at a time
