Sweet Potato, Broccoli and Rice W/ Tofu

Ingredients
Sweet potatoBroccoliRice (2 cups cooked)TofuSoya SauceSesame SeedsExtra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Peel and cut sweet potato in to cubes. Bake on cookie sheet for 20 min.
Cut broccoli into cubes. Add to cooking sweet potatoes. Cook for 15 more minutes.

In the mean time prepare rice.

Heat olive oil in pan.
Cut tofu into cubes. In small bowl mix tofu, soya sauce and sesame seeds.
Cook in heated pan.

When all are done serve layered.
Rice, Potatoes, Broccoli, and Tofu. 1/4 cup of each for 1 cup servings.
