Ingredients
2 apples, preferaby Braeburn, peeled and thinly sliced1 tablespoon of lemon juice1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon1 teaspoon of extra-virgin olive oil1 teaspoon of Smart Balance buttery spread or unsalted butter (nutrional information based on Smart Balance)
Directions
Toss apples, lemon juice and cinnamon in a small bowl. Heal olive oil and butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the apples and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 5 minutes.
