Sweet n Salty Beet Chips

Ingredients
4 large beets, scrubbed well but unpeeledPAM or other nonstick spray1 tbsp kosher salt, or to tasteBlack pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Slice beets very thin (I like using my mandoline).
Spread evenly on a lightly greased cookie sheet, spray with nonstick spray and season with salt and pepper.
Roast 45 minutes-1 hour, flipping chips halfway through.
