Ingredients
Hormel Always Tender Extra Lean Pork Center Cut Loin Filet around 1.5 poundsSauerkraut 2 pound baghalf a bag of water
Directions
put everything in slow cooker. If meat frozen, cook on high for about 4 hours and then turn to low for another 4 hours until done.
If meat thawed cook on low for about 8 hours.
serve with dumplings or potatoes
