Nuts to You Glutenless Cookies

Ingredients
1 tbsp cornstarch whisked with 3 tbsp hot water 1/4 cup margarine, melted 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon almond extract 3 tablespoons agave nectar2/3 cup ground almonds2/3 cup ground hazelnuts 1/4 cup dried cranberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 350, grease a cookie sheet.
Mix cornstarch slurry, butter, extracts, and agave nectar in a bowl. Whisk until well blended.
Add ground nuts, mixing by hand until well blended and creamy.
Stir in cranberries.
Bake for 5 minutes, then remove and press with a fork to flatten.
Return to even and bake another 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
