Cabbage and Ramen Salad

Cabbage- 1 head choppedCarrots- 1 cup shreddedEdamame- 1 bag shelledChicken Breast- 2 breasts, roasted and shreddedRamen- 2 blocks of noodles onlyAlmonds- 1 cup sliveredButter- 1 stickDressing:.25 cup Vinegar.25 cup Olive Oil.5 cup Soy Sauce1 T Sugar
Toss cabbage, carrots, edamame, almonds and chicken in a large bowl.
Saute crushed ramen in butter until browned. Add to top of salad.
Mix Vinegar, Oil, Soy Sauce and Sugar as the dressing.
Serving Size: About 10 bowls
