Super easy GF tofu cheesecake

Ingredients

1 block soft tofu16 oz fat free cream cheese1/3-1/2 cup sugar3T unsweetened cocoa powder2 oz melted chocolate (dark is delicious!)1T vanilla extract1 tub cool whip liteCrust optional.
Blend tofu, cream cheese and sugar until blended.
Add vanilla.
Melt chocolate. Mix melted chocolate and cocoa powder into batter.
Mix until smooth and uniform in color.
Gently mix in cool whip (don't mix too hard or cool whip deflates).
Pour mixture into serving dishes (or crust) and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Makes 10-12 servings.
