1 Fully Cooked Smoked Turkey Drumstick1 Bag - Collard Greens, Glory (32oz)4-6 cups of water, tapGarlic PowderOnion PowderKosher SaltBlack PepperBrown Sugar
Remove turkey meat and skin from bone and place in slow cooker. Rinse collards greens in sink by changing the greens from side to side about 2 or 3 times just to make sure you are removing any grit. Sprinkle garlic, onion, salt, and pepper over turkey meat. Place about half of the cleaned greens in the slow cooker and sprinkle garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and brown sugar. Place the rest of the greens on top and add seasonings including sugar. Add water. Cook on high for about 8 hours until greens are wilted. Season to taste and enjoy!
