Dutch Oven Baked Chicken w/rice and broccoli

3 lbs boneless skinless chicken cubed2 cups long grain minute rice2 cans cream of mushroom OR 1 can plus1 can cream of chicken1 cup sour cream1 small onion diced1 celery stalk diced1.5 tsp garlic1 tbs worcestershire2 cans water2 tsp poultry seasoningsalt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients but the chicken and poultry seasoning and add to pot. Season the chicken with poultry seasoning and place on top. Cover and cook with 10-12 kingsford briquetts on bottom and 14-16 on top. May have to adjust for weather (wind rain etc.) will take 2-4 hrs
