Hot Dog Casserole

Ingredients
1 pkg whole wheat egg noodles2 cans cream of celery soup1 (8ct) pkg of hotdoogs1 tbsp olive oil1 med yellow onion1 cup of colby/monteryjack shredded cheese
Directions
Boil noodles as per package instructions. Leave slightly aldente. Meanwhile, cut hotdogs into half inch tokens, dice onion, and saute together in 1 tbsp of Olive oil. When finished, mix noodles, hotdog mix, and cream soup in a 9x13 pan. Cover with cheese. Bake 20 min. on 350 degrees.
