Pat's Favorite Gluten-free Hot Cereal

Ingredients
1/2 cup flaxseed, ground1/2 cup Basmati brown rice, ground1/2 cup quinoa, ground1/2 cup amaranth, ground
Directions
Grind each grain in a food processor or coffee grinder. Mix together and store in refrigerator until ready to use.

To cook one serving:
Add 1/4 cup of cereal mix to 1 cup of dairy-free milk substitute. Cook for 15 minutes over low heat until grains are soft--you may need to add 1/4 cup water.

Serving Size: 1/4 cup cereal mix makes about 1 1/4 cup hot cereal.
