French smoothie

Ingredients
1 apple, cored and chopped1 orange, peeledjuice from 3 wedges lemonSplenda to tase, or sugar, or honey1-1.25 cups water
Directions
chop the fruit and add everything to the blender, blend until smoothish and drink. You can peel the apple if you want but I don't.
