Quesadilla Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef1/2 C chopped onion(2) 8oz tomato sauce(1) 15oz can black beans, drained & rinsed1 can (8.75) whole kernel corn undrained1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chiles undrained6 flour tortillas (8 inch)2 cups shredded cheddar cheese2 tsp Chili Powder1 tsp Ground Cumin1 tsp minced garlic1/2 tsp Oregano Leaves
Directions
Brown beef & onions in large skillet; drain. Add tomato sauce, beans (drained & rinsed), corn & green chiles; mix well. Stir in spices. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 mins.

Spread 1/2 cup of mixture on bottom of 13x9x2 baking dish sprayed with non stick spray. Top with 3 tortillas, overlapping as needed. Layer with 1/2 of the remaining mixture & half of the cheese. Repeat with remaining tortillas, mixture & cheese.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15mins or heated through. Let stand 5 mins before serving.
