Rosemary Red Potatoes

Ingredients
1 3/4 lbs red potatoes, quartered1 medium onion, quartered1/4 C olive oil1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed2 garlic cloves, minced1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl (or Tupperware container) and toss to coat the potatoes.
Transfer to a foil lined 15X10X1 backing pan. Bake, uncovered at 425 F for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and browned.
