Kale, cranberry salad

3 to 4 ounces kale, washed, stemmed and torn in pieces1/3 cup dried sweetened cranberries2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil1/4 cup red wine vinegar1 tablespoon honey
Place kale in medium mixing bowl. Add olive oil and massage into kale. Combine cranberries, red wine vinegar and honey in small bowl. Microwave until honey melts into vinegar and cranberries are warm. Let stand until cool. Pour cranberry dressing over kale.
