1 jennie o turkey sausage link browned & Crumbled1/4 cup chopped onion1/4 cup chopped mushroom1 cup fresh spinach3 eggs1 oz fontina cheese
Saute onion/mushrooms, add sausage and spinach..cook til spinach is limp. Add eggs and cheese cook til eggs are done.
