Oatmeal Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake candy bar

1 c. peanut butter2/3 c. honey1/2 c. coconut oil (no substitutes , this is what gives it's creamy texture)2 c. oatmeal (not instant)1 1/4 c. mini chocolate chips3/4 c. dried cranberries
in medium sized sauce pan , melt together peanut butter, honey and coconut oil.
remove from heat and add oats, chocolate chips and cranberries.
stir until combined and chocolate chips are melted.
spread in a 9x13 pan. refrigerate until hardened, about a hour. store in frigerator
