Molasses Brown Bread Muffins

Directions
1 1/2 c old fashioned oats (oat flour)1 c flour1 tsp salt1/2 tbs baking soda1/2 of a large egg1/4 c sugar6 tbs molasses1 1/2 c unsweetened almond milk.
Blend oats in a blender of food processor to make oat flour. Mix first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix wet ingredients including sugar in a separate bowl and wisk.
Mix wet ingredients into dry. Spray a regular sized muffin pan. Put 1/4 c in each well. Bake at 375 for 25-35 min or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Makes 15 muffins. Also makes one regular loaf if desired.
