Anthony's "Pot" Roast

1-1.5lb Beef Chuck Roast1 Cup Baby Carrots (left whole)4 Cups Red Potato, peeled and cubed1 Cup Tomato Sauce6 Boiler Onions1 Can of Sweet Peas, Drained (Optional)1 Clove of Mince Garlic3 Cups of Water (enough to cover)Salt, Pepper to tasteSalt, Pepper, Garlic Powder to season Roast
Set Slow Cooker to high.
1. Season roast with salt, pepper and garlic, and lay in slow cooker.
2. Peel boiler onions and throw in next to beef.
3. Peel and cube potatoes and throw into cooker.
4. Add whole baby carrots.
5. Add minced garlic.
6. Add tomato sauce.
7. Add water to just cover ingredients.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Cover and cook without lifting lid for at least 5 hours, preferably 7.
Serving Size: Makes 8 1.5-2 Cup Servings
