Ingredients
Directions
15ox canned chicken4 cups of chicken broth2 chicken bouillon cubes7 cubs white or north American beans2 cups Wondra flour1 tsp black pepper4 oz sweet red table wine1 lb (16oz) hickory bacon1 can (12 oz) yellow sweet corn
on the stove boil 3 ox of wine, chicken broth and bouillon cubes for about 10 minutes, then add to crock pot. At this time, add the beans, pepper, and corn. Cook on high.
On the stove, lightly brown the canned chicken with an ounce of wine. Add to the crock pot.
Fry the bacon. I prefer it to be very crispy as it will soften when added to your crockpot. When finished, drain and add to the crock pot.
Let cook on high for 2 hours.
Mix the Wondra with cool water, and add to the crockpot while stirring. Let cook for another 2 hours, ten cool for 20 minutes before serving.
