Tomato, Spinach, Lentil Soup

Ingredients
Ingredients:Olive oil, 1 tbsLentils, 1 cupOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedKitchen Basic Unsalted Vegetable Stock, 4 cupSpinach, fresh, 6 oz packageGarlic, 3 cloveTomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 2 cans Oregano, 1 tspBasil, 1 tspWater, tap, 3.5 cupSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Sauted diced onions in 1 tbs olive oil for a few minutes then add spinach and garlic. Cook until spinach is wilted. Add tomatoes, stock, lentils, and dried spices.

Bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes.
