365 Vegetable broth, low sodiumlentilspearl barleychopped onions, celery, carrotschopped spinachchopped mushroomsdash black pepperdash garlic saltdill seedBay leafFat Free Yogurt from Greek Market
Directions
Pre cook barley & dry lentils in water. Barley just begins to swell, strain water & add Vegetable broth 365.
Add onions, celery, carrots, mushrooms with pepper & garlic salt. Add bay leaf & dill seeds. Add spinach, stir & let simmer 20 minutes.
