Grab-n-Go Ham and Swiss Breakfast Wraps

6 Large Eggs1/2 Cup Milk, 1%1/4 Cup Chopped Green Onions1 Large Crimini Mushroom, diced5.55 oz Jennie-O Extra Lean Turkey Ham, diced3.05 oz Swiss Cheese, grated
Spray a glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and preheat oven to 375 F.
Beat eggs and milk together, then add all other ingredients except for cheese and wraps. Mix and pour into baking dish, then place in preheated oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes and sprinkle cheese evenly over top, then continue to bake until almost all liquid is gone. Remove and let cool.
When cool slice into six long slices and wrap in a low carb wrap. Wrap up and freeze, heat in microwave on high for 2 minutes, turning halfway through.
