protein bites

Ingredients
8 scoops chocolate or vanilla whey protein powder1 cup whole oats1/3 cup natural peanut butter - no sugar added3 tbsp honey1/2 cup milk, 1% or skim3 tbsp crushed peanuts
Directions
no cooking involved - put oatmeal in bowl add milk, stir in honey, peanut butter, then protein powder. Makes a very stiff dough, I used my hands to thoroughly mix. Line an 8 X 8 inch pan with plastic wrap hanging over two edges, (use this to remove from pan), Press dough into pan, sprinkle with crushed peanuts, remove from pan using loose ends and cut into 48 pieces. Keep refrigerated.
