Spicy Black Been & Lentil Soup

Ingredients
Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 4 cup Spanish Onion, 1 Med onion, diced1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, diced 1 Sm. Carrot, diced2 small zuchinnis, sliced ¼ “ thick Bush's, Black Beans, 2 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 2 cup kernels Chorizo, pork and beef, 4 oz groundOregano, ground, 1 tsp Thyme, ground, 1 tsp Bay Leaf, 1 tsp, crumbled 2 cloves garlic, minced12 oz bag dry lentils3 vegetable cubes (miso) dissolved in 3 cups water.
Directions
Saute carrots, onion, green pepper & garlic in coconut oil for about 3 minutes then add to crockpot.
Saute Chorizo in saute pan until crumbly; drain oils and pat sausage dry. Add to Crockpot
Add tomotoes,corn ,sliced zuchinni, lentils, spices and 3 cups water to crock pot, stir well.
After about 3 hours add black beans.
