Spinach pesto pizza

1 whole wheat flax tortilla2-3 TBSP Kirkland's Basil Pesto1/2 - 3/4 cup spinach, choppedthinly sliced onionthinly sliced peppers (red, yellow, orange or green)thinly sliced mushrooms1-2 oz Goat's CheeseDaiya mozzarella shredded
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place tortilla on a pizza stone or pizza pan.
Spread pesto over the tortilla, does not need to be on thick. Sprinkle on the onion, pepper, spinach and mushrooms. Drop on goat cheese around pizza and sprinkle on some Daiya mozzarella.
Put in oven on center rack and check after 10 mins; these cook very quickly. Cool briefly and then enjoy!
