10-12 Idaho potatoes1 Tbsp. Butter3 egg whites beaten1/2 c. milk2 garlic cloves, sliced and smashedsalt to taste
First you clean the potatoes, do not peel them. Put them in a pot with water over medium-high heat. When tender drain and add butter, egg whites, milk and garlic. Mash up but not to much. Salt as you desire.
