Smoky Chipotle Black Bean Soup

Ingredients
Beans, black, 1 lbRed Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 1.5 cup (remove)*Bell pepper - green, 1.5 cup (remove)Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)Olive Oil, 0.5 1tsp (remove)Garlic, 4.5 tsp (remove)Chili powder, 2 tsp (remove)*Cumin (ground), 2 tsp (remove)*Chipotle Chili Powder, 1 tbsp (remove)*Carmen's Oregano Entero (Whole Leaf Oregano), 1 tsp (remove)Cilantro, raw, 5 tbsp (remove)Lime Juice, 1 cup (remove)Avocados, California (Haas), 0.25 fruit without skin and seeds per serving
Directions
Boil dried beans for 2 minutes; remove from heat and allow to sit for 1 hour in boiled water.
cook onions, pepper, and celery in oil;
add garlic and spices through oregano;
put in slow cooker with beans and cook on high for 3 hours;
Add cilantro and lime juice; cook another 10 minutes;
serve with avocado
