Pampered Chef Taco Ring

Ingredients
1 roll reduced fat crescent rolls1/2 lb ground beef, cooked & drained1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/2 package taco seasoning
Directions
Cook & drain ground beef. Add taco seasoning & mix. Then add shredded cheese. Lay out crescents on a round stone with triangle tip pointing out and overlapping at the base to form a circle in the middle. Using PC medium scoop, scoop meat & cheese mixture around inside circle of crescents. Pull pointed tip to inside and tuck under, wrapping the meat mixture. Bake until golden brown. Serve with lettuce, tomato, onion, salsa, sour cream and whatever else you like.
