3 eggs1 pound bulk breakfast sausage1 cup chopped onion4 oz. canned mushrooms, drained1 cup Four Flour Bean Mix (see notes)1/2 tsp. guar gum1/4 tsp. salt2 eggs1 cup milk3 slices American cheese
Serving Size: 1/6 of pie plate
1) Scramble 3 eggs and pour into grease pie plate.
2) Brown sausage into crumbles; add onion and drained mushrooms.
3) While sausage is browning, whisk Four Flour Bean Mix, guar gum, salt, 2 eggs and milk.
4) Into the pie plate, pour brown sausage mix and place American cheese slices on top.
5) Pour batter on top of cheese slices.
6) Bake 30-40 minutes at 425 degrees F.
