Ingredients
1T organic maple syrup1/2 tsp honey2 jonagold medium apples1/4 tsp cinnamon2T apple juice
Directions
Peel (if you like) and chop apples, then place in small pot. Add juice, honey, maple syrup, cinnamon. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to med-hi and cook 5-10 min, depending on how soft you want your apples. After 5-10 min, strain apples and leave liquid in the pot, then reduce. Pour the reduced liquid over the apples and serve.
