Detox Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 Tbsp olive oil1 lb lean ground turkey1 onion, chopped1/2 cup diced bell peppers2 cups water1 (28 oz) can crushed or petite diced tomatoes1 (16 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed1 Tbsp garlic, minced2 Tbsp chili powder1/2 tsp paprika1/2 tsp dried oregano1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper (optional)1/2 tsp cumin1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
Heat oil in large pot over medium heat. Place turkey in pot and cook until evenly brown. Add the onions, peppers, & garlic and cook until tender. Add in water then mix in tomatoes & kidney beans. Add in remaining ingredients and stir well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
