Slow Cooker Swedish Steak

2 1/2 lbs. Well Trimmed Round Steaked, cut into cubesSalt & Pepper, to taste1 teaspoon Dill Weed (dried)1 med. Sweet Onion, chopped1/2 Cup Beef Broth (or 1/2 cup water + 1 crushed beef bouillon cube)1/4 Cup Flour1/4 Cup Beef Broth or Water1 Cup Reduced Fat Sour Cream1/4 teaspoon Ground Allspice1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
Sprinkle beef with salt & pepper; place in crock pot with the dill, allspice, nutmeg, onion and 1/2 cup beef broth (or 1/2 cup water + crushed bouillon cube). Cover & cook on low for 7 hours.
Remove the meat and thicken the juices with the 1/4 cup water or broth plus 1/4 cup flour. Add the Sour Cream.
Return the meat to the slow cooker and continue to cook for 30 minutes to one hour. Excellent served over egg noodles or mashed potates.
