Ingredients
Chicken Broth, organic free range, 8 cup (2 boxes)*Potato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Portabella Mushrooms, 800 grams (6 med. size)Carrots, raw, 1.5 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup
Directions
Chop potatoes, mushrooms and carrots into cubes. Combine broth, potatoes, mushrooms, carrots (you might need to add water) and let simmer for 40 minutes. Add salt and pepper
