Ingredients
chicken, 1 breast boneless no skin spinach, chopped baby leafgarlic , slicedRed onions ,slicedfeta , crumbled and 2 wraps
Directions
1 (3 oz). breast of chicken
4 garlic Cloves
1/2 c. sliced red onion
Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Tuscan Herb Seasoning
approximately 3 handfuls of fresh spinach
1 tbsp Garlic Expressions Salad Dressing
1 oz. (2 Tbsp)Presidents Fat Free Feta ( California Tomato & Basil)
2 Mini Flat OUT Wraps (Mediterranean Herb)

grill the chicken breast, using spray olive oil, season to taste with salt free Tuscan herbs.
Sautee onions, garlic and spinach.
chop and add chicken to pan with onions and spinach
drizzle dressing and sprinkle with feta

wrap and eat
makes 2 wraps .... delicious!
