Almost Oopsie Almond Bread

1/2 cup almond flour3 oz cream cheese (room temp)3 eggs1/8 tsp cream of tartar2 tbsp butter (melted)
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
place the egg yolks, cream cheese, melted butter, and almond flour in a medium bowl.
place egg whites and cream of tartar in another bowl.
beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
Beat cream cheese, egg yolk, butter and flour mixture until well blended.
Place egg white mixture into bowl with egg yolk mixture and fold in. Watch that the whites don't lose their texture much.
On a cookie sheet divide mixture equally into 8 parts. Flatten slightly.
Bake at 300. Check after 20 minutes. Bake until slightly golden brown on top.
Serving Size: Make 8 slices
