1 large head of cauliflower1 large clove of garlic1 large baking potato2 tablespoons of plain non-fat greek yogurt1/2 cup of chicken broth low sodiumsalt to tasteAccent 1 teaspoon1 tablespoon Onion Powder1tablespoon Garlic Powder
Directions
boil potato. cut and boil cauliflower and garlic clove. Mash potato, cauliflower and garlic clove together. Mix in plain non-fat greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of chicken low sodium chicken broth, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon garlic powder and salt to taste.
