Creole Turkey Spinach Balls

Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey2 packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and all liquid drained and squeezed.4 eggs1 large onion, chopped.1 c old fashioned oats1 c parmesan cheese1-3 TBSP creole seasoning1-3 tsp cayenne peppergarlic salt to taste
Combine all ingredients. Form into balls or patties. Bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes (until crisped on the outside). Serve with sour cream (optional)
Serving Size: makes about 40 raquet ball sized balls. 4-5 are a serving.
