My cousin Alison's Black Beans

Ingredients
8 cups ( 4 cans ) black beans1 cup green pepper chopped1 lg onion chopped2 cups chicken broth1 tbl. cumin1 tbl. chili powder1 tsp olive oil1 bay leaf
Directions
Saute onion and green pepper in olive oil. Once tender add all other ingredients.
Cook for 1 1/2 hours.

**Really yummy with brown rice too**
