Honey Mustard Baked Salmon

Ingredients
1- Salmon fillet1 tbsp.- Honey1 tbsp.- Dijon Mustard1 tsp- minced garlic1/2 tsp- lemon juicesalt & pepper (to taste)cooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Spray a baking sheet with the cooking spray ( I use aluminum foil to cover pan as well).
Put salmon fillet on baking sheet.
Mix all other ingredients together well.
Pour mixture onto fillet.
Bake salmon for 15-20, until it flakes easily with a fork, basting salmon periodically with honey mustard sauce.


Serving Size: 1- 4 oz fillet.
