Simple Turkey Meatballs (per meatball)

Ingredients
2 lbs 97% lean ground turkey2 tablespoons Emeril's Essence (homemade version)1 raw egg
Directions
Mix ingredients and roll into 12 equal size meatballs.
Place each in a muffin tin and bake until cooked through

I baked mine for about 25 minutes at 425 but you can bake lower and longer depending on what else you need to put in the oven at the same time.
