Slow Cooker Meatloaf

Ingredients
Directions
1 lb ground beef1/4 cup onion, diced1/2 package saltines, crushed1 egg1/4 cup milk1 can diced tomatoes1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1 tsp garlic powder
1. Crumble ground beef into a large bowl. Add crushed saltines and onions.
2. Whisk egg with milk, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
3. Add egg mixture to ground beef and mix.
4. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
5. Round the meat into a loaf and place into the center of slow cooker. ( I did this in sections. )
6. Pour can of tomatoes over meatloaf (or use ketchup).
7. Cook on high 1 hour and then low for 7 - 8 hours BUT everyone's slow cookers are different so it's best to check half way.
Serving Size: 4 quarters or 2 halves. This is 4 quarters.
