Ingredients
1/2 c butter1/2 c crisco1 1/2 c sugar2 eggs2 3/4 c flour2 tsp. cream of tartar1 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp. saltCinnamon Sugar Mixture2 tbsp. sugar2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Heet oven to 400 degrees
Mix shortening, sugar & eggs, stir in all other ingredients.
Roll into about an inch in size balls and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 8-10 minutes.
They will puff up and then flatten.
They will make about 62 cookies that are about 1 and a half to two and a half inches around.
