Creamy Ham Casserole - Variation

* Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * Cured Ham, 2 cup * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup * Onions, raw, .5 medium (remove) * Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced * *Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1.25 cup * Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 16 tbsp * *Kraft - Fat Free Sharp Cheddar, 4 oz * Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) * Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup * Egg Noodles, enriched, 4 oz
Cook noodles according to package directions. Spray a fry pan with non-stick spray and saute the ham, red pepper, onion and celery for about 5 - 10 minutes until soft. Remove from heat, add cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Put into lightly sprayed dish, cover and bake for 25 minutes (350?). Remove lid, top with cheese and cook 5 more minutes.
