3 oz of salmon cubed (I cook my salmon with lemon on top in a 400 degree oven)1 cup of shredded lettuce5 cooked Brussle sprouts1 cup of grean beansHalf a yellow pepper2 spears of fresh broccoli3 tbsp of grated parmesan cheese1 tbsp of dries rosemary1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Mix ingredients together and enjoy this filling meal!!
