Skinny Buffalo Chicken Strips

Ingredients
1/8 tsp. Black Pepper1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder1/2 tsp. Paprika1/2 tsp. Chili Powder1/2 tsp. EVOO1 lb. of chicken strips (~8), or 2 breasts sliced into strips1/2 C. Frank's Hot Sauce
Directions
Combine pepper, garlic powder, paprika and chili powder until thoroughly mixed. Toss chicken with spices. Heat oil in skillet and saute strips 3-4 minutes on each side. Add hot sauce and cook another minute or two until heated through.
