flaxmeal focaccia bread - no carb

Ingredients
2 cups flax seed meal1 tablespoon baking powder1 teaspoon salt1-2 tablespoons sugar equivalent (from artificial sweetener or Stevia), or dextrose5 beaten eggs1/2 cup water1/3 cup oil
Directions
Combine dry ingredients and combine wet ingredients, then mix together making sure it is well-blended.
Let sit for a couple minutes to thicken and then stir again.
Line a 9X9 pan with parchment paper and spray with Pam.
Pour batter in to pan and spread out flat with a spatula.
Bake 20 minutes and check. Crust should be forming and it should look a little bit more golden.
Let sit out of the oven for 20 minutes before serving.
